Super Gum – H85
Super Gum –H85 is a natural thickener especially developed for disperse printing on polyester fabrics.

Super Gum –H85 provides:
- rapid viscosity development
- viscosity stability under high shear conditions
- very high colour yield
- sharp and level printing
- excellent wash-off properties, even after HT fixation or thermofixation.

- Appearance off-white, fine powder
- Moisture content ISO 1666 60 mg/g(6%)
- Solubility cold water soluble
- Purity optimal, suitable for rotary and flat-bed screen printing
Solutions
- Viscosity 70000-80000 mpa.s 60 mg/g (6%) solution at 35℃, DNJ-1 viscosity meter, 4# rotator,
6 R/minute.
- Ionic character anionic
- Stock paste preparation 8-10%
- PH value 9-11

Multiply paper bags of 25 kg nett, PE bags inside.

Application
Natural thickener for textile printing
- Dyestuff groups and fabric quality
Disperse dyes printing on polyester or polyester-based fabrics.
- Dosage for preparing stock paste --
8%-10% according to various types of printing machine or fabrics quality.
- Preparation of the stock paste(for example, 10%) --

Method
- Mix super gum -H85 with cold water as per above dosage.
- High-speed stirring at least 15 minutes and mix them well.
- After a swelling time about 3-4 hours, the stock paste is ready for use.
- To keep swelling time overnight, it will improve the flow property homogeneity.
