Desizing Enzyme

Properties & Application

1. Quickly and completely remove the sizing from the fabrics.
2. Desizing Enzyme removes not the dyes but the sizing, therefore, it never causes color fading.
3. Adaptable to wide temperature range.
4. Comparing with Caustic Soda or Soda Ash, Desizing Enzyme gives much better functions:

--Desizing Enzyme use less time than Caustic Soda or Soda Ash.
--Caustic Soda or Soda Ash will discolor the fabrics, but Desizing Enzyme will not.
--Caustic Soda or Soda Ash cause the fabrics hard hand-feel, but Desizing Enzyme will not.
--After desizing by Caustic Soda or Soda Ash, neutralization is necessary by adding acid into the bath, and it needs to rinse twice by clean water to remove residual alkali from the fabrics. If finished by our Desizing Enzyme, it is no need to drain off the residual bath, and continue enzyme washing(polishing) directly. Therefore, it saves water and time.

How to Use

Quantity                       1-1.5% (o.w.f.)
Bath Ratio                   1 : 10-15
Temperature              30-80 ℃
Time                            15-20 minutes
Procedure:  put fabrics into the washer, charge the water, put Desizing Enzyme directly into the bath, run the washer to make Desizing Enzyme dispersed in the bath, then, increase the temperature to the required, continue to run for 15-20 minutes.
when using Desizing Enzyme, it is no need to regulate PH value or add any other auxiliary.
