How to Use
Desizing
Weight of Fabrics (Garments) 50-60kgs
Anti-Staining Oil 200-500g
Bath Ratio 1: 10-12
Temperature 50 ℃
Time 15-20 minutes
Procedure: put garments into the washer, charge the water, then put in Desizing Enzyme and Anti-Staining oil, run the washer for 2 minutes, then increase the temperature to 50 ℃, continue to run 15-20 minutes, drain off, rinse with clean water twice.
Enzyme Washing
Polishing Enzyme 1000-1200g
Anti-Staining Oil 200-1000g
Bath Ratio 1 : 8-10
Stone as per required
Temperature 50-55 ℃
Time 45-75 minutes
Procedure: put garments into the washer, charge the water, then add in Anti-Staining Oil, run the washer for 2 minutes, then increase the temperature to 50 ℃, add in Polishing Enzyme, continue to run for 45-75 minutes, drain off, rinse with clean water for twice.
Stone Washing (Wash with Clean Water)
Anti-Staining Oil 200-300g
Stone 0-2 bags
Bath Ratio 1 : 10-12
Temperature room temperature
Time 5-10 minutes
Procedure: put garments into the washer, charge the water, add in Anti-Staining Oil, run the washer under room temperature for 5-10 minutes, drain off, rinse with clean water once.
Packing 50/100kgs plastic drums.
Storage in cool and dry, 6 months.
