Features
HG-2000 is a newly developed product from FG series fluorochemical water and oil repelling agent, specially designed for end users in the torrid zone. It gives very high stability, which avoid sticking problem on roller even under very hot weather.

> Appearance: milky emulsion

Application
Water & oil repelling treatment on polyester, T/C, nylon, cotton, etc.
How to dilute
Under room temperature, mix 1kg HG-2000 conc. with 1kg distilled water(or soft water).
How to use
According to different fabrics, dosage is also different. Usually, 5g/L --- 50g/L.
Cotton: 30-80g/L, T/C: 15-25g/L, polyester: 5-10g/L, nylon: 20-30g/L.
the pick-up rate is also decided as per the above practical requirement, usually, the pick-up rate for polyester, nylon is 30%-50%. The pick-up rate for cotton, polyester/cotton blend is 60-80%.
Drying: Thin fabrics, temperature 110 ℃, 1 minute.
Thick fabrics, temperature 110 ℃, 2 minutes.
Baking: cotton, T/C, polyester, nylon, 160℃, 1-1.5 minutes.
Or Direct Baking without pre-drying: nylon 160℃x 2 minutes.
Polyester, T/C, 180℃ X 2 minutes.
Remarks: the most suitable PH value in finishing bath is 4-8. we suggest bath PH value is at 4-5.
Package
In 25kg plastic drums, or 200kg plastic drums, or 200kg steel drums.
